Insurance sinks and stinks

I guess all the personall injury lawyers are members of the same gang, they are acting like that, if you have a case your number one enemy is your lawyer. Never forget this. Do you know why? The answer is easy, tax free money under the table . First they build the case it makes you think “yay ” this lawyer is good and he is working for me,I say don’t be silly , they are not building this case for you, you are nothing to them  ,yes you are a bug walking under their feeth.No matter how much you suffer they dont care all they care is building the case untill certain point then they sit and make agreement with the insurance company,they get their agreement wich means money (tax free ) they turn you and try to destroy your case. The most of them have people undercover working for them , you think they are insurance people after you ,you are wrong, not only insurance guys fallowing but also your lawyer’s  people after you,because you trust them you think  lawyer is on your side ,nah they have all the information now to screw you and your case up. Job is done they never go to trial or arbitration ,once a while they go trial or arbitration for their close one or family one but never for you. Basically they are not working for you. who are you ? nobody, nothing , they work for the insurance companies. .who is insurance companies ? Billoner,big boss ,banks, huge cooperations. This insurance companies are  owner of you or any one like police , politics , judges. Hospitals, doctors ,your superintendent in your apartment building or coffe shop cross the street. They pass the law wery fast and laws are benefits them only,such as September 1 2010 or February 2014. They can destroy your reports and records from the hospital , they did it for one of my MRI report.They send people to break my car in my parking space , slush 4 tires one day , other day broke 2 mirrors, next day putting emty propane tanks like threats to blowing me up ,putting dent on top of the roof of my car,drawing dirty pictures , saying fuck you, bunch of other dirty stuff. Why because I didnt give up fighting.I hired 6 lawyers and fired them all ,one by one, all of them sold the case some of them already got their money from the insurance company like Wendy sokoloff ,some of them did the jobs on words and didnt get any penny from the insurance company not smart enough ey!. “Hey lawyers”! If you want to sell your client get your money first. “don’t trust the insurance words othervise they won’t pay you after you get fired by your client  (if the client smart enough to realize ). Now according to new laws : forget the benefits ,this is good because benefits were trap for the plantiff. They play as much as they can and bring you down. So it is alot better how ever doesnt look good but in my opinion the best thing happened,let me explain you why. Even old law i wouldn’t suggest any one claim any benefits as I told you earlier benefits are big trap for us.They start sending you bunch of their doctors untill you get fucked by morally and they send you a car to drive you to those appointments, insurance guy is driving you all over,the doctors you don’t even know, they try to talk to you and get information from you .,Even if you have MRI reports proof that you get damaged ;result of those assessment never change because doctors sold out. No matter how bad you are ,Insurance doctors say you are good… even you are paralised or sitting on the wheel chair doesnt matter you can play soccer and basketball or you could do both at the same time. Hey dont blame doctors they are getting their tax free money under the table.Just like your lawyers do. Stop bothering yourself with benefits go for the tort trial and open law suit 3 mill dollars I know their liability is one million but if it is no fault accident you could get them all, tell you how? Listen carefully those bastard lawyers are hiding your rights this is one of them and they tell you lie about the law and they look at your ayes )) make you believe. Okey you have 3 million dollars lawsuit and you go trial so, result of the trial is 2 mill dollars or could be 5 mill dollars , tort side pays you 1 million dollars only and what about the rest of the money, how are you going to claim it , law says you can open another law suit against your insurance company( remember you ignored the benefits now you will get even more)3 million dollars court decision you collect 1 from the other side insurance and open 2 mill dollars law suit against your insurance company they called under insurance cover.Yes your insurance company responsible for the rest .Now you know the secret these bastards are trying to hide it from you but they use this as a threat to collect some from your insurance company and your insurance company pays your lawyer just not to bring this issue on the table , sure again it is tax free money.   Sent from my iPhone
